Help with Know Chinese

Email jp1102020018@gmail.com. Please include your device model, operating-system version, and a short description of what happened. A screenshot is helpful when available.

The App cannot finish installing its dictionary

Make sure your device has sufficient free storage, fully close and reopen the App, and then tap Retry. If the issue continues, restart your device and contact support with a screenshot of the message.

Pronunciation is unavailable

Know Chinese uses your device's text-to-speech voice. Check that a Simplified Chinese voice is installed and enabled in your device settings.

Privacy or data request

Know Chinese does not require an account. Learning preferences and saved items are stored locally and can be removed by clearing the App's data or uninstalling it. For other privacy questions, email us with the subject “Privacy Request.”
